By creating an ANIMOTION account or submitting a project, you agree to these terms and to our Editorial Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of this agreement.
Submitting content
You retain all ownership rights to any project you submit. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to share the work and grant ANIMOTION a non-exclusive license to display it as part of the showcase. This is never a transfer of ownership, and never a production, funding, or distribution agreement.
Editorial review and removal
All submissions are subject to editorial review and may be declined, or later removed, if they do not meet our Editorial Policy or violate these terms -- including content that is not genuinely your own work, or that infringes on someone else's rights.
Code of conduct
We expect every member of this community to treat other creators with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or deliberately misleading submissions are not tolerated and may result in content removal or account suspension.
Limitation of liability
ANIMOTION is provided as a showcase and community platform, without any guarantee of funding, distribution, representation, or employment outcomes. We are not liable for how any third party chooses to use publicly displayed information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. Continuing to use ANIMOTION after a change means you accept the updated terms.
